I Want To Return My Purchase Or Get A Refund, What Do I Need To Do?

If we receive an error code on your package we will automatically reach out to you and verify the address is correct or if the product never arrived let us know within 42 days at support@Pretherapy.com. Upon confirmation of address we'll send a second package free of charge to the verified address.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, just email us at support@Pretherapy.com within 42 days of receipt and we'll work with you as detailed below:

If your purchase arrived damaged we'll send a second package free of charge within 1 business day of notice. We'll take your word for it, just let us know in the email. 

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if you are simply unhappy with your purchase we'll give you a refund. Email us at support@Pretherapy.com letting us know you are unhappy with your purchase and we'll process the refund for you. We only charge a 30% restocking fee upon the refund request and refund back to you within 7 business days the remaining amount on the card that was used to make the purchase. You will not be required to ship the product back to us to request a refund.

If we accidently send the wrong product (this hasn't happened yet, but we're human) or there is a missing item then email us at support@Pretherapy.com within those 42 days of receipt and we'll send the correct product free of charge within 1 business day.

How is Store Credit Treated With Refunds?

Any store credit that is refunded will go to the original purchaser of the store credit. If you desire additional store credit reach out to the Therapist who provided you with this store credit and request additional funds.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime before it ships by emailing support@Pretherapy.com! If there are any questions about canceling an order before it has shipped, please contact customer service at 412-866-4673.

If the order has shipped it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
